I have just kept rezzing them until they don't get killed. That's a good tip on the Ressurection order thing. Each one should perform their own role, but they should play to each other's strengths and cover each other's weaknesses. Your team composition is a HUGE part of difficulty. Sometimes its better if you manage without them depending on the fight. A dead teammate is a big loss of your total AP per round, but the amount of AP it takes to get them in fighting shape again is also a ton and its easily lost if they go down. However, battles are usually a matter of making the best use of your AP as you can. This allows them to escape or heal to get ready for the enemy again. This way, the resurrected character will go next before any enemy gets a turn. The best way, is to delay a character's turn so they go at the end of the round (the big silver bar in the turn order). Obviously you want your characters alive after a fight, but doing so during one requires thinking and planing first. Keeping your magic armor intact can prevent you from burning in it, but generally speaking you need to identify what is creating it to begin with and kill that.ĥ. You can bless it to turn it to regular fire, but most fights where it is present, it will continue to be. Necrofire is one of those things you generally just have to tolerate. You just remove their armor with attacks, then attacks that deal the type of damage related to the armor that is missing will damage health instead.Ĥ. All damage hits hitpoints, though only piercing will do that through armor. Staves are a magic based melee weapon so it varies a bit.ģ. Still, physical attacks come in the form of melee weapons and bows mostly. Given you're at Arx, I'm really surprised you're asking these questions as you should have enough time with the game to know it by now. The wet status rain puts on everyone not only acts as stage one of the two stage CCs of Stun and freeze, but wet also reduces air resistance by 20% and water by 10%.Ģ. Air is usually paired with water, because Rain is your bread and butter with air magic. You should have more than one mage and more than one element per mage to be effective. Teleport is an air spell, but it deals physical damage as its primary use is the displacement, not the damage. I had some battles that lasted 2 hours and I would like to do better the 2nd time around.ġ. Unless you can resurrect a char and relocate him into another time zone, he just gets killed immediately Does anything else work on it, especially early in the game.ĥ. I use Bless and 5 seconds later necrofire is back. HP is what really counts cause if HP is 0, they dieĤ. I hit the same enemy twice in a row with the same weapon and 2 different damages happen. Sometimes I use an air spell on an enemy who has no resistance to air and physical armor gets damaged, not magical. How is 1 char with Air supposed to reduce magic armor on all 4 enemies. You fight 4 enemies with a lot of magic armor. I have a lot of trouble figuring out how to damage enemies.ġ.
